Does anyone remember this song??

As a kid (about 76 or so), I had a record player and I remember this one record that had lyrics that went:

Does anyone remember anything like this? I seem to remember playing it a lot with Very Merry Unbirthday, but I don't know if it was on the same record. It's driving me crazy!!

Hi Kristy!

Yes! I remember this song. I can still sing it!! You are going to kill me though because I can't remember what was on the other side of that record! I remember the label was yellow. I kept it for the longest time because it was so special to me. I guess I thought the other side was the Winnie the Pooh song. I know I bought the record for the reverse side's song but this birthday song is what I remember the most. If I ever find out, I'll let you know!
