I too used this and have been on google trying to find it.
I think it was Brush on Peel off mask by Helena Rubenstein. It was fantastic and I wish you could still get it.
This thread brought to mind a monthly beauty club that you signed up for and received a box of various cosmetic items monthly with your membership. IIRC, everyone received the same colors and the products were drug store or low end dept store products. This would have been around early 1970s. Anyone else remember signing up for this? It was about the same time as the blue paint-on mask.

My sister had that in the '70s. It was a jar with the brush attached to the lid. I used to use it when she wasn't home. Loved that feeling of peeling away the mask. I remember it being a greenish color.
