Does anyone recognize these?

We were going through some travel bags that we have used in the past but not recently. We came across these straps/bands and can't remember what they are or what they were used for. Anyone??[GALLERY=] [/GALLERY]

Maybe they are those luggage things so you know which bags are yours? Like tying a ribbon around the strap? They look like the old Shark watch straps, that were changeable. Or a very small dog collar

They were watch straps. Pretty sure my son’s are still floating around the house. If I recall correctly you slid the watch face on and velcroed it.
