That mini looks sooo good on you- are you working out??? :) Great job! I think swimming is one of the best and most tiring exercises out there- you deserve a big pat on the back! And great job on including more veggies!!

I can report that you sleep like a log when you're exhausted, body and soul!

I think this was a good start for getting the old cardio pumping and waking up the leg muscles. I'll be keeping it up, at least 3 times a week for the rest of the summer (until the water gets cold again!)
 
may i have a custom challenge too? pretty please? with low fat whipped cream on top?
 

Well, Alex, I appreciate you giving me another chance on this, and I really did try, but it's just not meant to be. :(

I am hypoglycemic and by the middle of the second day in a row of being at the bottom of my points range, I am feeling woozy and nauseous. Not good.

I waited till DH left on a business trip so that I could try distributing my points more evenly during the day (instead of 3 meals, because when DH is home, we do have dinner together), but it's still not right for me.

I'll just have to sit here and drool over everyone else's "survivor" clippies!

Alright, Alex. I've been putting this off for over a year now.

I am going to start the Adkin's Diet again starting now.

My challenge is going o be simple to start.

For a week, no sugar, no sweets.

Drink water several times a day, every day.

Let's see if I can make it until next Saturday, 05/17/03.

Today is Saturday, 05,10/02.

I weigh #%$^#%$#^$#^#^...328 lbs.

Ray.. are you trying to do atkins or just cutting out sugars and sweets? Big difference! Have you done Atkins before? Are you famaliar with it? It's not the kind of diet you can just wing....and you can actually gain weight if you don't do it right!
