if I have a defective voucher? The plastic card that I received in the mail has a few numbers along the back that indicate the date that the order was placed, the magnitic strip underneath, a disclaimer under that, and then the words "Plus ta" along the bottom. It is obvious by the incomplete wording along the bottom that there was a printing error. There is no sequence of numbers on the card that I can log into the computer to check for the Best Rate program. There is, however, a reservation number, (7 digits), on the paper that was sent with the plastic "exchange certificate."

Any help/suggestions would be SO appreciated!! :)

The way the Web page is designed, it seems, is you have to input numbers from the back of your AP card (with the date it's activated until).. So, my guess (its only a guess) , is that you actually have to have an activated AP card... (Because it has the date on the back of the AP card, that it is good through...)

I think there is a 1-800 number on the site, you could give them a call to make sure...
