How long before the IPO at the GF RPC will contact me to start arranging surprises and special events for DH's BDay surprise?

I just can't wait! I've already got everything planned that I want to happen for him! I just need prices and more professional ideas and I'm set!

I've read that some people are contacted shortly after they make their deposit, some report 90 days out, some 45 days, it seems to vary. But since your trip is rather far off it might be awhile. You can always contact them yourself if you have special arrangements that need extra time.
