You can bet that water rides like Splash and Grizzly River Run will probably be down. Water rides tend to get their refurb in the slower months.

Disney's official schedule only goes out 5 weeks anymore so that's about the best you can do.
That really makes it hard on those of us who want to plan ahead.

While things can change, there is a good chance that IaSW will be closed in late January/early February to have the holiday overlay removed. HM usually closes fairly soon after the holiday season ends and when it re-opens, IaSW usually closes. Last year IaSW was closed from Jan 25 to Feb 6.

Other posters are correct, no official info til 5 weeks out. If you can find historical refurb info for the last 12 months it may give you an idea of what's already been down for major refurb 'recently'. If you see that a 'must do' ride has had a lengthy refurb within the past 12 months it's less likely (but not impossible) that it will be closed in this coming 'off season'. For example, we all know that PP was closed for a lengthy update and refurb this past spring/early summer. It's pretty unlikely (but not impossible) that it will be closed for refurb any time soon. It's no guarantee, of course.
