Does anyone know

:rotfl2: :rotfl: You guys are great!!!

Well were doing it, were booking a trip from sept 13th - 19th. So pretty much what everyone is saying is its like Buffalo in august. Hot and humid. Well if i can take it here i can take it there. Actually last week when we were there the first 3days i think the high in orlando was like 97. It was fine. Also, are last day there it rained some of the day, didnt stop us at all.

Oh and those darn love bugs! Just give them a swat and there out of your way. :thumbsup2 Thanks for everyones input and we have decided to stay at CBR again. Great resort.

Hotter than Hades!

That's a lot bigger issue than hurricanes, IMO. If you can tolerate the heat and humidity, go for it. If you're like me and can't -- it's a bad time to be in Florida.

Unless you have one of those suits like Baltazar posted!

EDITED: Just saw you are from Buffalo -- don't do it! I'm originally from Buffalo too and the months of August and September were one of the reasons we only lasted living in Florida for 2 years! LOL! How about early February - that's a great time to be in Florida and as you know, a great time to be out of Buffalo!

You know, i would go in february but i cant wait that long to go again. :yay:
I would also love to go down there in the begining of december. I bet that would be nice to see it decorated for xmas. But we opted to go in september because of free dining.

Proper attire makes all the difference. :lmao:

I really don't think it's all that bad.

Thats awesome, i got to get me one of those!! :lmao:

Oh no. We'll be driving down at the end of August and I'd hate to have bugs in my paint. :scared: Is there a car wash at the Hess gas station that's right there. I believe it was a hess gas station anyway. It's been almost 2 years since I've been down there so I can't really remember. Are the bugs out all day or only in the evenings?

Yep...Hess station across from Boardwalk Resort has a drive-thru no-touch car wash - it'll do a basic passable job in a pinch. I've actually just filled my room trash bucket with warm water, throw in a little soap, and head down to the parking lot to knock the things off myself with a little washing action.

Sometimes, I'll go a little out of the way to get a real car wash. There's a very good car wash place on 192 called "Pair a Dice" car wash - just east of Michigan Ave, a couple of miles from the Turnpike 192 exit. It's a full service car wash - with the brush-free rollers, hand applied bug remover, and a hand towel dry and detail. That's when my car is really a mess - it's worth the extra stop for 30 min to get it out of the way, and pull up to Disney valets in a shiny clean car. If you don't want to deal with the nightmarish 10 miles or so back to Disney on the 192, just go a mile or so west to Orange Blossom, then north to Osceola Parkway...from there, you can head west right into Disney.
