Hi I am new, so I apoligize if this has been discussed before. We have reservations for 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Can we go out to their beach after we eat to view the fireworks? Thanks.
BUT, our experiences with WDW lead me to believe this not be a problem at all. How do you plan to go to the GF? If by Disney Transportation then, just go and enjoy. If driving there, be sure to tell the person at the guard gate that you have dinner reservations and would like to view them afterwards. SOMETIMES they give you a time limited parking pass, however when we drove there just to view the Christmas decorations he just told us where the parking lot was and waved us on in. So I truly don't see this as being a problem either way, what I can't answer however is how much of the fireworks you can see from there, because we have not done this from there. Hope this helps in some way
We are using Disney Transportation. I just didn't know if they frowned upon non-guests wandering around the resort (Grand Floridian). 17 days until our trip, we are very excited!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your help.

It is encouraged. You are just experiencing the grounds, not using facilities designated specifically for resort guests, ie: Pool, Gym, etc. They love everyone to see the resort and what is available should you decide to book there. Go and enjoy.
We did this at the Poly in December after our dinner at Ohana. There was only one other family out on the beach. So we grabbed a couple of lounge chairs and relaxed on the beach - it was really nice.
We try to do this on our first night. Sometimes we are just too tired but it is very cool way to view the fireworks. There are not alot of people on the beaches and it can be very enjoyable!
The beach is a nice spot, but if you want to hear the sound/music you can go over to the boat dock. The sound is piped in there. I think the Electric water parade also starts at the GF directly after the FW, so look for that too!
