I booked an around the world tour at Epcot for this monday, it have to be there a half hour before time which would be 8:30 am. I am staying at POR what time should I leave to be there at 8:30??

We drove from the Swan to our Segway tour. It only took us a few minutes to get to Epcot and park the car because Epcot was not open yet, and there were no lines to pay for parking. We parked in the front row, went thru security and were early to the Tour.

We Are Not Renting A Car So We Will Be Taking The Bus....

I would give yourself about 40 minutes or more, to be on the safe side. You never know if you just missed a bus or if one is coming in a few minutes, and the bus always seems to take longer than it should too. Better to be early than late.
