Does anyone know whether a child can select anything from Disney Buffet's?

We are on the DP and I was wondering whether a child could select anything from the buffets versus having to pick just from the child's buffet selection? I was thinking that my family could go to a few buffet dinners so that my DD 9 could have a wider selection of food choices. Is it allowed for a child to select from the full buffet or must they only pick from the child's buffet corner? Mac & cheese, pizza, hotdogs and chicken nuggets get to be too much when this is all that is offered for lunch and dinner.

hi
yep its all laid out and you just take the plates and fill them up. my kids ate loads of adult stuff, x

I am glad to hear this. I was getting worried about this because I viewed the Disney menus and noticed that it included a child's buffet menu. It makes it a bit confussing as to what a child is allowed to take with the dining plan. Perhaps Disney just includes it to show the buffet is child friendly - but they should also state that all buffet items are included as well. My DD will be happier at the table! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Adults can also eat from the kids area as well at the buffets. We usually like getting some of the pizza and chicken strips along with everything else.
