a Mickey Mouse's 'back' page?

I saw a 'last page' once that had Mickey's seated silhouette and red shorts with buttons, which might have been a pocket. I'd love to scraplift it for my "Give Kids the World" albums, if anyone out there can help me find it.

I thought I remembered seeing something like this. I've checked my Disney stash of ideas, but haven't found it yet, but I'll keep looking. I'd love to do the same thing!
