Does anyone know when the next price increase for APs will be?

I know the usual price change takes affect on Oct 1, but here lately it seems that the pricing times have been sporadic. We want to pre-purchase APs at a Disney store but want to get them before they go up. For some reason I remember reading a post about APs that someone said the current prices were in effect until Sept 20. Can someone clear this all up for me? Im so

There is no "usual" with Disney ticket increases. They will increase them without advance notice whenever they feel like it. The last price increase was in June (gate prices only - advance purchase and AP's not affected). Prior to that, the previous increase was September 2002. Notice they already had 2 price increases in the past year. And prior to that was January 2001.

There is no way of knowing when they will go up again. Disney never announces it until it happens. The information is guarded tighter than a state secret. Even CM's don't know until 2-3 days before it actually happens when the new prices finally have to be loaded into the computers. Anyone who tells you now that prices are going up on a certain date weeks or months from now is guessing.
