Does anyone know what time the kids area opens at Busch Gardens

We are headed out in the AM. The park opens at 9, but we are going mostly to take the kids to sesame street. It used to be the kids area opened later? Does anyone know if that is still the case??

The Sesame Street area opens at the same time the main park opens, I think the breakfast is 30 minutes earlier.
