Does anyone know what happened to Capt. Henry?

We were just watching our taped copy of the Travel Channel's DCL show and say Captain Henry. He was the captain for both of our last two Wonder Cruises. Now, as I read trip reports, etc., I see that there is a new captain on the Wonder. What happened to Capt. Henry??

We had Capt. Henry on the Wonder this past February - he is still with Disney. I believe the Captains only work 3 months at a time, and then they're off for a bit. At the Castaway Club reception, he was talking about the 10-day cruise this Christmas, and he said that he will be taking the cruise with his family - as a passenger.

We met Captain Henry on our Wonder cruise this past Feb. It was such a thrill! We have seen the Travel Channel video so many times, that I felt like I was meeting a celebrity

I must admit that the Captain of the Magic in Jan '03 was not nearly as friendly. I don't know who he was, or if he is still with DCL, but he did not act to happy that he had to visit with the passengers at the CC party.

The captains do switch around. Over the course of our many cruises, we've had Captain Hans (no longer with DCL), Captain Henry, Captain John, Captain Tom, Captain Guus, and Captain Thord.

We've had Captain Henry for two of our three cruises -- once on the Magic and once on the Wonder.

love CPT Henery. I think is was Captian Thord on the Magic for our December cruise. He was not as friendly.
