Does anyone know the REAL reason they changed Alien Encounters?

The seats are the same in Stitch as they were for Alien Encounter. There is a restraint that you pull down to your shoulders.

Like you think I would try Stitch after being so freaked out with AE? So I have no idea what the Stitch seats are like.

I have a memory of not being able to raise the lower part of my arms. Like to reach my hands to my head or face. Is this the case with this type of shoulder restraint? Or was I literally scared stiff?
