Does anyone know the phone number for airline employee discounts?

I called Disney to ask about special rates for airline employees and the first persongave me a fax number. Then the second person transferred me without giving me a number and it was closed. Each time I had to go through the long automated process on the Disney number. So I'd like to get the direct number if possible.

I know they exist. We've used them before. Just having trouble getting to the right person. Used to be easier before all the automated questions.

I im'd ya about it OP. I don't know if that # is accurate, but I have my doubts if it's supposed to be 'publicly known' .

Ive always used the regular reservations phone number without any problems. When making the reservation, they give me the fax number to send in the verifaction of employment letter. Last time I did this was 6 months ago, maybe their procedures have changed since then?

OMG, Robo is finally stumped by something (I mean that in a nice way).

There are discounts for cruise and airline employees. We utililized it at one of the DTD hotels as that was the only hotel that would honor the discount....at least from Southwest Airlines. As I recall, this had little to do with calling Disney...Imean....why would it for a DTD hotel, right?

We went to the website for Royal Plaza, booked a room and used a discount code ("aircruise??" I think) and it reduced our room from $197.00 to $97.00 plus an $8 per night resort fee...but still not bad. And they never asked for an airline I.D.

Airline employee discount is 50%. Father-in-law used one a few years ago. This was before the discounts of the last couple of years. You could get up to two rooms. Now season pass holders can get up to 40%.

Don't know why Disney would give someone who works for American 50% of a room. American sure isn't going to give a Disney employee a half-price plane ticket.

As someone said before you just have to show your imformation to someone at the hotel when you check in. I believe someone in your HR department or you supervisor might have to fax something.

Call 407-828-3111. I believe you have 48 hours to fax over verification of employment. Very easy and we have always been able to get two rooms at the discount.

Thanks I had found this number and it worked. But like someone posted above, in the past we were always able to call the Disney number directly and just ask for the rate. Guess it's separate now. Thanks for the help!
