Does anyone know the % of rooms DVC.....

....makes up on property. This figure would not include Swan,Dolphine or hotel row. Since DVC units are basically 100% occupancy once sold out, I'd like to know what percentage of the on-property guests we represent.

Disney controls some 21,000+ rooms onsite- and about 1300 of those are at DVC resorts.

That puts us at almost 6% (+ or -) of the total available.

The Pop Century will add another 5760 once it's fully operational.

I bet Disney management has thrown the idea around I can't believe they are leaving a resort vacant so long. Making it a DVC (like the DI) would solve their headache.

Won't work. Everybody would book just the weekends,then move over to thier home resort.
