Does anyone know of a good ta at AAA?

The New York and surrounding areas would be good. The one we used last year really didn't impress me. I had to do a lot of the work myself. Hopefully someone who is familar with Disney.

Related to this...what if your TA never gets back to you and you want to pay your bill??? Mine has not returned my emails or calls for two weeks and I want to pay. Is there a number to call?
