heres my issue--we rented out our banked points--I rented all what we had in less then 2 weeks with 2 different families resort and times
so I just got a email from the rental place saying that one of the families--I need to remove one guest and add another guest to there resveration
the rental also said to make the change on the phone with MS since the website is acting up--it will show the change on my end but not disneys
I took a chance once before and everything worked out--(one morning I woke up early and called right away and the change went through)
not sure if I want to chance it again so just wondering if the website is working again the way it should be
or if anyone has called how long was the wait times--
