In alot of your signatures, you guys took a link and made it into words.
EX: http://www.whateveryourlinkwas.com turned into "Visit My TR".
It's kinda hard to explain, haha. If anyone gets what I mean and knows how to do it, can you please show me how?

What you do is highlight the text you want to make a link, and click the hyperlink button and paste the link into the dialog box that comes up.

What Catherine said, but there's also another way to do it that I find faster because my computer blocks the dialogue box:

Texttexttexttexttext [/ url]

Just get rid of the spaces ^_^
