Does anyone know how to design a clippie?

Over at the 150's club (folks trying to reach 150 something pounds) we've been looking for folks to come up with a tag...some have already made it to the 150's and I'd love to have a "Did it!" tag for them...but I also want a tag (keeping both small) for everyone in the 150's club....I don't have any ideas and would love some help on this! Thanks guys!!!
