from what i saw on our last trip, it's mickey head confetti (all different colors).....somehow "glued" onto your hair.

i'm assuming it's a heavy duty hairspray......yes?......anyone?

It's a gel and heavy duty hairspray. Happy Birthday!

ETA: From what I saw, the colored gel is optional, so the only stuff that is necessary to hold it on is the hairspray.
