Does anyone know how long it takes for MS to update?

I made a change to a reservation earlier today (around 2:00) but the member website still shows my original reservation in the "view vacation details" yet under the "vacation points" section, my points have been deducted. So, I was just wondering why it hadn't updated (as of 5:40 PM)

You may want to call back in the morning if this doesn't resolve itself. I can usually see changes before I hang up with MS.

Agree, call tomorrow. Whenever I have made a change it has been there right after I have hung up.

Well, I'm glad I called. There was an I.T. Issue and I ended up being placed on hold for almost 1/2 hour until it was straightened out.

Glad you were able to get it fixed. Usually updates are posted while I am still on the phone with member services.
