Does anyone know about Frank's?

I was in the Disney NYC store, and was told that near the wedding pavillion at GF there was a store called Frank's (like Martin Short from Father of the Bride)? Just wondering because I would like to check out anything wedding related while I am visiting in March. I'm getting married May 08. My mom was also wondering if there are any places around there to try on wedding dresses? Thanks for your help!

Franc's is actually the DFTW office. It is a really pretty place. They have examples of things you can use for your wedding. There are several stores around Disneyworld that have lots of wedding things. Sorry I don't know anything about other stores in Orlando. You should stop in Franc's. When you check into Pop just ask to call, we did from Guest Relations and just went over and talked to someone.

there is a store inside the Grand Floridian called I believe the Sandy Cove that sells DFTW items!! There are also several bridal stores in Orlando, but not on Disney property!

I would go to the store inside the GF. It has been my experience that Franc's is by appointment only.

I agree with the above posters. Francks is not really a 'store' per se, but the onsite DFTW office. Yes they do have lovely things to look at and get ideas, but it's not like a store where you can pick it up and bring it to the register to purchase. And yes, Francks is pretty much by appointment only. If you are looking to 'buy' stuff, I'd suggest checking out the gift shop at the GF, or online at DisneyShopping.

Yes and i believe the stuff in Franck's is just offered to DFTW weddings? Ironically alot of the things like stationary and stuff is sold by a different vendor called impressions. So if you wanted disney esque favors and invites you can call her. Also the World of disney in DTD carries a bunch of things.
