I'm having the worst time trying to apply for this DV - 7/4 deal. when I call to apply I'm told again and again that there is no such offer. Now I'm told that there may be an offer like this avail but there is an 800 # that I need. Does anyone have that #?

I do have a DV that I got either last Nov or Dec. I'm trying to apply for a new DV so that I can get the 7/4 deal. Any ideas on how to do so??
