Does anyone here travel during holiday season?

My spouse and I have always traveled to Disney during the "off" seasons, but our oldest will start school in fall of 2007, so we will have to travel during holiday (spring break) season. Does anybody have any advice or tips? Or horror stories? Also, will we have to make reservations the minute our 11 month window opens up in order to secure a 1 bedroom (will most likely be staying at Wilderness Lodge - we aren't members yet)? Thanks!

We have a 12 yr old, so we usually go during school breaks. You need to reserve early if you want to get what you want.
