Does anyone have the proper number for Goofy's Kitchen?

Im trying to make reservations or seating arrangments and every time I call, they say "The call cant be completed as dialed". Im calling from Canada, have tried every possible scenerio, and I still cant get through. Maybe I have the wrong number. Does anyone have the proper Goofy's Kitchen phone number?

The number that I use is (714) 781-3463 which is (714) 781-DINE. That's the number to make all dining reservations at Disneyland Resort.
