Does anyone have this much trouble getting Davy Jones Chests?

Ok so I'm playing the organ to get the codes....I've entered so many, up in the hundreds (yes I know it's no where near what some of you have entered). Yes, Sparrow would be nice, but I'm really trying to get the chests for a room project. I only need about 8-10 more. But all I'm getting are the posters and monkeys with an occasional organ. Chests come very few and far between for me. Have others here experienced this with the chests or do chests simply not like me?

Also, I noticed a few times each day where codes I'm given don't work in VMK. Has anyone else gone through this?

Typical...

You get boatloads of other prizes when you want the Sparrow Costume. Then, for some crazy reason, you want one of the "easy to get" prizes. Lo and behold, that suddenly becomes rare too.


I know exactly how you feel: I haven't played the game in a while, but I LOVE using the DMC's to build.

Having the same problem. I love to build with them but it's like... the second most rare from sparrow. I seem to never get them though

YES yes yes , I even saw a player with a signature: All I get are monkeys and posters!! and another: I dream posters and monkeys!


YES I thought I was just writing them wrong. So it isn't just me (some things are no better knowing you are not the only one)!!

I've got 200 posters and that's because I sold them all last month for 5 a piece. My percentages are 4 posters 2 organ 1 chest 1 monkey for an 8 pull sequence.

I'd be more than happy to give you some of mine, I'm trying for sparrow and have about a gazillion chests I don't want.

I agree the Dead Mens Chest have been tough to get at times. Lucky the organ seems to have decreased in how many I get. Oh and a suggestion about the duds, try moving to another room. I have noticed in the past when doing lots of codes after a bit the codes stop giving prizes but if I restart vmk or go to another room they seem to start working again. Of course it doesn't always work though.

This is so weird. Me, I get chest coming out of my ears. I probably got a quarter chests, a quarter posters and the rest monkeys and organs last night. Most nights anyway. I have two expedition everest rooms filled top to bottom with chests and now sell things. I have about 3500 codes, an amount that never seems to go down because I keep playing that dumbo game!

And now I'm out of everest room codes and need to hit the yeti up for a few! arg!

Save the duds and use them another time, they generally work the second time.

So where is the Alice furniture I was excepting this morning?

After reading this post yesterday, I had to chuckle when today I put in codes and get 7 chests in a row.

You can get codes? I have played that game over and over since it went up and I never got a single code. Every time I play I go to collect the code and it says x all the way across as the code every single time.
So, frustrating! Anyone have anything extra they want to send me codes for?

I've been getting codes the last few days. It was not giving them out for a little bit, but they started back up again. If you see Xs, wait about a minute to see if it turns into a code before refreshing the page. Sometimes it takes a moment to show the code.
