Does anyone have the macaroni & cheese recipe used by Disney (m)

When we went on the cruise my dd loved the macaroni and cheese dish. I made the one out of my Disney cookbook but it wasn't the same. She also loves the one from Crystal Palace. That one seemed to be the same as the one the cruise. I'd love the recipe. I'm tired of the box version....

I remember watching a show on either the Travel Channel or Food Network that had kids taste testing different mac & cheese dishes at Wilderness Lodge. I've been looking for the winning recipe for years and have never found it.

Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients:

Mornay Sauce

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 quart whole milk
1 1/4 cups Quattro Fromage (4-cheese mixture of asiago, provolone, fontina, and gruyere cheeses)

2 pounds elbow macaroni

Method:

1. Prepare the macaroni according to the directions on the package.

2. Make a roux with the flour and butter over low heat. Bring the milk to a simmer and work in the roux.

3. Add cheese and salt to taste. Pour over the macaroni and heat through in a moderate oven
