Does anyone have the Canon SX10 IS?

My 40th is coming up in a month and I *think* I want this camera as my gift. I also want an iPod Touch....think DH will get me both? HA!

Anyway, if you have one I'd love to hear how you like it and better yet, see some pics! And how long did it take you to become proficient with it?

I just got it for v. day! i'm having fun playing! My kids are tired of posing for me. My husband is going to regret giving it since we just came back from wdw in Dec. and now I need to go again w/ my new camera!! So far the pictures are great. I downloaded them on the pc and they looked great.

Cool! When you have time, would you mind posting a picture or two from it?

My birthday is March 17 and we are leaving for FL on April 19. I'm hoping maybe DH will give it to me early so I have more than a month to play with it before I go.

What photo editing software do you use?

I just used the cd that came with the camera. it's not fancy, and I'm not sure what all I can do yet! I'll try to fugure out how to post some photo's I took around our home.

Oh cool. Thanks! I did go into Best Buy yesterday to check it out (I'll probably go buy it in NH though to avoid the sales tax since I'm heading there soon).
