Does anyone have really weird dreams???

I have really weird dreams. I tell DH about different ones and he looks at me like I'm crazy. They are almost like being in a movie starring yourself. One good one was I was taking little frozen aliens back to their homeworld in my starship. (Yes I like Star Trek and Star Wars) Another was like a horror movie and I was bitten by a vampire. Even felt weird in the dream. Those are just some of them. DH jokes that my mind must be on the likes of Steven King or something.

Anyone else have weird dreams???

I have very very strange dreams. I am trying to think of some strange ones but I can't...

I have a lot of dreams about war. That is my scary dream. I had one last week when I was in my parents old house, a single story ranch, and there were two floors above it. A bunch of bombers where coming through and bombing the house. We stayed in the closest in the bedroom I used to spend my summers in and we were safe.

I had one before I even knew I was pregnant where my best friend delivered my healthy 6 month old baby boy. It was so easy, he just sort of slid out. And I was on the couch I took to college in my parents living room. I remember thinking afterwards that it shouldn't have been that easy and I was ready to go out.

You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I have some very weird, graphic dreams. Sometimes it's like watching a movie

I have posted this before here, but i think its a really strange dream. I have this recurring dream that I am in an elevator alone and it starts to drop really fast and I float up to the ceiling and am kind of plastered against the ceiling as it drops. And this was way before I ever rode on the Tower of Terror!

All the time. I am a very detailed dreamer. I dream in color and notice all the little details of things. I have some doozies. I get the weird looks from my DH too.

I'm an "epic" dreamer. They tend to go on and on...if I could only transcribe them as I'm sleeping I'd have novels. The most memorable tend to me my sci-fi/apocalyptic dreams, a kind of Mad Max meets Matrix scenario.

After posting i just remembered a really wierd dream my dh had, well actually it was quite funny. He had just come home from a weekend upstate NY with his brother at his hunting camp. there is an old well on the property and they stay in this really old house. My dh was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch. My dd and I were hysterical when all of a sudden dh starts moaning "Moo Goo Gai Pan is coming out of the well!!!" We here cracking up , it was the funniest thing we ever heard. I felt bad laughing because he was so scared, but then he woke up and we told him what he said. Must have had some bad chinese food up at hunting camp!

Mine too! I actually know I am going to wake up sick in the morning because of the dreams I had at night.

I will say that some of the strangest dreams I ever had were in the form of reading posts on a board! I obviously was spending WAY too much time on the DIS.

I have weird dreams, but they were off the charts weird when I was pregnant with both kids. I think DH actually was worried if they would come out ok.
One of the weirder ones, that still makes me giggle, was when I was a kid. I actually had it several times. I was being chased by a bear. I had my DB and DS with me and we kept running until we got to where we lived. It was blankets hanging up to form walls. The tree was actually one that is still in my dad's front yard. As soon as we ran in the bear ran in too. He turned and we started talking like old buddies. I laugh because it always reminded me of Wile Coyote when the sheepdog is watching over the sheep. The sheepdog is ready to pound Wile on the head as he is holding him over the cliff. The lunch whistle blows and they both go clock out and sit and eat lunch together like old friends and as soon as the whistle blows again they go right ack to where they left off.
I did have one where I was in a boxcar and it blew up. It woke me instantly and as I woke up my entire body felt like a sudden heat had traveled over all my skin.
I hate the ones that put you in a funk for the rest of the day they are so bad. I had to warn DH to leave me alone for a while after what he had done in my dream.lol
