Plantation shutters might solve numerous issues in my DD's room. When we were at the window treatment store, the sales rep strongly said that if the shutters are closed, it is not recommended to have the windows open.
To me - it makes perfect sense - crack the plantation shutters open a wee bit, and get a little breeze in.
So - if you have some, do you keep the shutters closed - and the windows open?
Thanks,
