I removed some of the double things and modified it a little so hopefully someone has the full list...but this is what I have.

A giant bag to put dirty laundry in

In a small ziplock bags children's Tylenol, generic benadryl, a spoon measuring thing for the meds (for taking into the parks; put in suitcase)
Index cards with you plan for each day (be sure to include you ADR confirmation numbers, EMH, etc.)
Insurance, maps, tips, etc. (carry in tote bag with you on plane)

You took off the funny stuff...like shower curtain rod...haha.

It's a good list...but a lot of the things on it are things you might not need. And if you do need them, you can always run to target to get them. I've never brought extra shoelaces for example. And if mine ever broke, it's not a big deal to run to target.
