Does anyone have information on HoJo suites?

We reserved the large suite in building 1 for our trip in October. I looked at the floorplan on HoJo's website but I was hoping for some feedback from someone who had seen one or stayed in one.

So if you have any information you'd be willing to share I'd really appreciate it!

We will be at Hojo in November (deluxe room for us). I am not sure if this is the suite you are staying in--but I remembered the review on TripAdvisor--hope it helps!

We booked Ho Jo's King Suite (Room 701) many months in advance, since it worked out better for four adults than paying for two separate rooms. Plus, Room 701 turns out to be the best room in the hotel, being on the 7th Floor of Building 1, and looking directly out over Disneyland, with an excellent view of the fireworks. There are only two suites in the hotel, and this one is the only one with the view.

The room had two balconies, one leading from the lounge and one leading from the bedroom. The bedroom balcony had the better view, between the large trees that are directly in front of the building. Be aware that some balconies in this building would not have an uninterrupted view of Disneyland due to the trees. Other buildings in the hotel complex are only two storeys high, so even though Building 1 is further away from Harbor Blvd than others, your view from the higher floors is not blocked by buildings.

The suite was a nice size, with a big lounge with sofa bed and large TV. The adjacent kitchen area had a table, chairs, coffee maker, fridge (which we couldn't get to work, for some reason) and microwave. There was nothing in the way of utensils or plates, however.

The bathroom was a good size, with two separate sink units. Toiletries included a shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and mouthwash. There was also a hair dryer.

The bedroom was big, with a king sized bed, another large TV (the doors of which only opened at right angles, so you had to be lying on the bed to see it), a good closet with extra pillows, blankets, iron and board, and the balcony with the view!

Both rooms had a high arched ceiling with semi-circular windows that don't have curtains. This does mean that the room is very light, especially in the morning, which may be unusual for people used to sleeping with heavy curtains blocking out the light.
