Does anyone have an accurate status on Storm Along Bay at Beach Club....It it open? Will it be open Labor Day?

I have read confusing reports that it is closed or will be closed to guests and only open to the NBA teams. Just looking for info to help us decide if we should keep our reservation for Labor Day weekend.

The only official word from Disney is:

Stormalong Bay at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will not be available during the initial reopening period; Guests of Disney’s Beach Club Villas may use the resort leisure pool, and may also use the Luna Park Pool and leisure pool at Disney’s BoardWalk Villas

I may have to cancel September if this is not open. This slow drip of information is becoming more and more infuriating. Hopefully they give us some sort of clue on this one soon!

It will probably reopen after the players leave Yacht Club.

Still just a guess for any of us today. Since the YC & BC don't open until Aug. 24, I would guess that SAB will open on that day or we will have a better idea as to when it might open.

YEP! This is exactly what I was told this morning as that was a concern for my stay. I was told that when the resorts open up on Aug 24, that Stormalong will open with them.
