Does Anyone Have a TempurPedic Pillow or Mattress?

I just ordered their comfort pillow (Christmas gift from DH). I only felt of one at a Linens 'n Things. Was wondering if anyone had the pillow or mattress and if they were any good. I use a down pillow right now because of neck pain and it is super.

I have the mattress, and it is WONDERFUL!!! Best investment I've ever made...didn't spring for the pillows yet though, I would love to have one.

Does the mattress slide on the foundation? That's the problem that both my mother (twin) and I (king) have with our Select Comfort beds. They don't move in the showroom, and a previous thread I began showed that "some do - some don't". Just curious to know if yours does!

My parents have the pillows and LOVE them....they recently bought a king size bed and needed to invest in the king size pillows too. Very expensive, but apparently worth it.

I like what I'm hearing - thanks. It sounds like I made a good decision on a pillow. I just have to convince DH that he doesn't have to have a super firm mattress and maybe we can invest in the whole system.

I'd love a Tempur-Pedic matress. I have the pillow but be aware if you are a face down or even a side sleeper they can be less than comfortable. For "face down", I've found it's too firm and you feel like you're suffocating. For side sleeping, I've awoken with a sore ear because of the firmness.

But for lying on your back, it's the best.

I have a pillow. Not to sound over-zealous but it has changed my life. I know that sounds corny, but I have a degenerative disc condition & have had a cervical fusion. When I got my pillow I started sleeping through the night for the first time in years. Just be sure you get the right size for the person who will be using it - the pillows come in different sizes & should be "fit" to the sleeper.

What I ordered was the Comfort Pillow which is flatter than the Millenium or the other one (can't remember what they call it). Are you familiar with that one? I says it has "loose" tempurpedic stuff covered with the regular tempurpedic pad (I'm just thinking off the top of my head instead of quoting the website). In summary, I think it just may be less firm as the others.

I'm so happy to hear your success with it. I'm hoping it will reduce the neck pain for me.

DH and I both have the pillows and love them! He got the extra thick one though, he's 6'4"/190, and needed a thicker one than me. I sleep on my side, and it is fine for me. Although, it IS harder to want to get out of bed in the morning

DH has a Select Comfort pillow that is basically the same as a Tempurpedic, but not as good, IMO. I was going to take the cover off of his to wash it last week and the foam inside of his was flaking. Oh well, he can sleep on a clean pillowcase with a dirty pillow cover under it.

I bought my Tempurpedic pillow from ebay. It was brand new and a fraction of the price of buying it through Sharper Image or any other retailer.

I am a side sleeper and do find that I have to sometimes adjust my ear position to be comfortable, but it doesn't wake me up... that's just when I'm watching TV in bed.

We've started talking about upgrading our mattress to a tempurpedic one. I would imagine it would feel like you are sleeping on a cloud.

Sorry - I have had mine for about 5 years & I think they just had the one (solid) kind at that time. Mine came from a specialty store in our area calledRelax the Back.
