My DS8 is VERY talkative and got in trouble yesterday at school. From the moment he spoke his first words, he hasn't shut up yet. He even talks in his sleep.
Even at home I have to tell him to be quiet. Now I know what my mom meant when she said she can't even hear herself think. I guess I have to look at it in the sense that he's very comfortable with his classmates and is able to be himself. I'm always reminding him to zip his lip and talk only when he's suppose to. Any one else have this problem?

He talks and talks and talks and then he starts all over again.

for a good day, or a little note if not. Our goal is to only get one "sign" a week. If she gets one on Tuesday, I remind her she has to be extra careful the rest of the week. This has worked well so far.
I started a thread on the DIS after our last trip to WDW in May because not only will my 6yo never shut up, but he will talk to strangers all the time. In general it's not an issue and he can really be a delight, but OMG, child, give me 2 minutes of silence.
his teachers tell me he's so quiet and nice and I say "WHO????"
