My Walgreens did not have any left, so I went to Walmart today.
I got out our old tree and fought with it for about 15 minutes and said, "Off to Walmart!"
Found a 6' pre-lit tree for only $23.75. It could stand with a few more lights, got the multi colored one.
It should do us fine for now.
I may still check Lowes to find my $139 tree.
