Does anyone have a good spreadsheet for dining and snacks?

I started to put together a spreadsheet of the places to be on the lookout for on our next trip. I figured someone here might have a great template I can use.

No spreadsheet, but a highlighted document. Since we're on the dining plan, I just printed out their PDF of locations then looked up the menus individually.

I then highlighted the ones with menus that looked good and that had good reviews in the Official Guide. I also made a mark on our map with the location.

That pamphlet will be helpful. I'd still like a spreadsheet so I might have to create my own. I read the dining reviews and I want to make notes about some of the things I want to try!
