I've already started planning my Disney Room although a touch of it is in every room. I want my dream kitchen to be in the disney chrome line. The Mickey Toaster, waffle iron, teapot and barware. Every thing they have I want. Then I will do the counters, cabinets and walls to match with red black, silver and some white. I want it to resemble a retro diner.
For the border I am going to take a professional camera and photo the castle at night while it changes to each color combination. Then frame or decoupage.
For the floor, lol and only if i have money at that point. I want to be able to inlay the art posters like the architecture of the Castle, Tinkerbell and other posters they offer in the art stores. They will be a few inches down, with plexiglass or some sort of clear protectant over them. Then lite. Like a floor of lightboxes but postersize! If i can't afford all that then I will just have one or two very special pieces, maybe a lithograph set amongst the checkered floor. I've seen this floor treatment down with plaques and wall hangings, very cool.
My christmas tree is very disney too!
