I was wondering if anyone had a cute tshirt design for a boys and a girls second birthday?

I have a friend who has a little boy that will be turning 2 and is having a pirate themed party and I wanted to make him shirt, but I am having a rough time finding a cute design!

Also my little girl is turning 2 as well.
Any ideas!
