My favorite listing is Intercot - they have a great list of characters and they keep it updated, too!

You are right - the Fantasyland Character Festival is long gone, now become part of the new Pooh play area in Fantasyland. I loved that area, as it was great for finding villians! Malificent is a tough one to find - we found her most often by the Castle at Mickey's Halloween parties. We seen the Snow Queen at MGM many times, most recently near the entrance. Your chances of finding the Snow Queen are much better than finding Malificent. Hope you find finally get them!

This is driving me crazy! I know there is a web site where you can find out which charater appears where, and when, and how they sign their "autograph", and I cannot remmember what the name of the site is!!
