Wow, that's ashame. I have one right around the corner from where i live, but i have never gone in there for a service. I bought hair products there, but nothing else.

It wasn't a gift. I won it at a hockey game. The Jersey border is only about 20 minutes from me but most of these places seem to be an hour or so away. (I'm not the salon going type to begin with)

It is good for service & merchandise.
