does anyone ever bring there satalite from home?

How does a FM repeater work? I guess what I'm really asking is how does it hook to your sat inside the camper?

We had one of them right next to the front door of the camper under the direct tv receiver in the coach and one of them on the next site with the portable tv. We've had it for a while, so I don't remember how much it is off the top of my head. We originally got it because we have a tv in the kitchen and I didn't want to justify having another satellite box charge per month just for when I wanted to watch TV (football games) and cook in the kitchen. Those things just don't coincide too often!

We have a dish for the RV that travels everywhere and always get reception at WDW.

You must know the front desk reception gods at the fort then, because we always get stuck with every site that has that ONE tree right in the way! Hence, we bring the spare!
