Does anyone else have no cancel option on MDE?

I just went to MDE to cancel our August trip and there is no cancel option for our resort or the restaurants. It says to call. There is an hour wait on the phone so I hung up.
Is this a glitch and the option will magically appear again or is Disney changing things where you have to call now?

I’ve had it happen to me in the past. Not sure what makes some reservations like that. I did have to call though, it never went away.

I did go back in MDE and the cancel option was back on everything.
