That’s a tough spot, since you don’t like your name but you have all the history on that account. For what it’s worth, I like your name!

I also like my screen name- so much so that when I got locked out a few years ago and couldn’t get back in, I made a new account with a different screen name and felt very sad about it. I finally figured out how to get back into my original account so I didn’t have to give up this name

I don't hate my screen name but I feel that I have outgrown it. When I chose it I was deep, deep into the adoption process. And I was very active on an adoption forum. The paperchase was my life and I was very excited to be a China Mom. Now, almost 20 years later, I am just a mom to two kids and I usually forget that DD is even Chinese.
