That today, and for the next several days at least, TSMM has FP available but TOT does not? I would think the TSMM FP would be in much higher demand.

It’s been reported on other threads that ToT has not been running at full capacity. Because of these problems, DHS has had to adjust the number of FPs so Standby guests can also continue to ride.

Its been all over here that TOT has been going down a lot and only running at half capacity lately so doesn't surprise me.
