Does anyone else feel this way?

I dont want to be mean posting this, and please dont take this personally, but I have been quiet for too long. It seems like every time I get on the boards and read a thread, there is something negative written. Its either "this or that is stupid", or "I hate this about Disney because its just terrible" or whatever. This is a board for people who LIKE Disney and Disney World. I know that that is how you feel about something and I have no right to tell you to not say what you want, but it really isn't great to read about. It makes me feel all depressed and negative, because that is all I am reading about on here. For a while, I stopped reading and posting because I didn't want to read it all. Usually, the boards get me excited about Disney World or Disney, or something funny written that puts me in a good mood, but some stuff that has been written for a while just displays like a negative, i guess the best word for it is... vibe, but its true. Does anyone else feel like this?

no, not all of the threads are like that. And people are allowed to dislike something about wdw..they dont have to love every part of it. And also people come here who dont really love it. Everyone is welcome.

I don't feel that way either, I have never seen a negitive post about Disney because most of the people on the boards like Disney( including me!).

Ok I guess I have to apoligize for what I said, I exagerated a little. Its just that lately I have been really stressed and just NOT in a good mood. Every little thing has been bugging me with studying for exams and getting ready for Disney trip and everything. Well, I would be working on my homework on the computer, and I would come on the boards and look to see stuff about Disney, because Im getting ready for my trip, and I ussually they cheer me up. But then just lately any little thing that was messing with me would just get me in a bad mood. I guess I am the only one. But its just that I didnt like hearing these negative things, but thats ok, im alright now. Afterall you are all entitled to your own opionions, and once again Im sorry.

No need to apologise, you're as entitled to your opinions as we are.

But I'd say a lot of the negativity comes not because people hate Disney, but because they love it so much, and they hate to see certain things happen to it.

Like the sequels, I can't stand the idea of sequels to Cinderella or Lady and the Tramp or The Jungle Book, because I love the originals so much, and anything else is just going to pale in comparison and be a watered down version of the characters and stories I know. So normally when you see negativity here, it's not because everyone hates Disney, but completely the opposite

I agree w/ PigSoldier. I don't like sequels to classic movies. Although I think that Alladin needed a sequel. I also haven't seen a negitive thing on the boards, but u are entitled to ur opinion. + I've had those bad days where things just bug me. It's weird afterwards b/c u'r like y did i act that way in the first place. Just laugh at it now, and u'll feal better.
