Note, the high levels of " salt" in the cruise food, and in the air, have effects:-
Raise blood pressure/ dizziness. Swollen ankles etc.
Weight gain, - all of the above.
Increased sugar intake, desserts/ soda has effects.
Sugar rush, diabetes risk, withdrawal post cruise.
Soda.
Can effect digestion tract and attack good bacteria.
Effects of motion.
If inside, then your brain gets used to movement, but thinks walls now move, you have to re train it back.
Spa / hot tubs.
Increased blood pressure.
Hence not good for pacemakers.
Dizzy ness etc.
Remedies.
Water on cruise.
Look at horizon.
Get fresh air.
Everything in moderation.
Do not eat too late, run my the old saying, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.
Do not stay in hot tubs over 15 minutes.
